Coldwell Banker Primus, is located in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin, with six offices in the Northern division.

We are very proud to be a part of The Coldwell Banker Primus Company.   We work diligently to sell homes, using all the latest technology and tools available to us.  We also work very hard to represent our buyers.

About us

John and Bonnie Rudolph, are longtime residents of the McHenry area.  They are very active in the community working with organizations such as their church, the Boy Scouts, The Loyal Order of the Moose, McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce, Friends of McHenry Library, and more.

Being part of the community is more than just selling homes.  It is participating and giving back.  John and Bonnie host a number of home and garden contests throughout the year, promoting fun, good will and pride in the community.
